Hi, I know there is another geographical number for Tiscali's 0871 222 3311 number.

I need to contact their Moving Address Department. They told me i have to dial 0871 222 3311 and then select option 3 then option 1.

When i use the alternative number for 0871 222 3311, it goes to the customer services directly and they wont transfer me to moving department.

Anyone please help!!

If your ISP's Customer Services department won't help you when, by doing so, they would retain a customer, don't you think it's time to move on?
