19-08-08 VOSA's National Number is Changing

In line with other public bodies, the Vehicle and Operator Services Agency (VOSA) is changing its national phone number.

The current 08 number is changing to a lower rate 03 number. From 1 September 2008 customers will be able to contact VOSA on the new number 0300 123 9000.

The old 0870 60 60 440 number will be running alongside the new phone number for 18 months. When customers dial the 0870 number, they will be given the option of redialling the new lower rate number.

Calls provided by BT are charged at a low rate and charges from other providers may vary.
