I have found this, but not sure if it is the same as what you are looking for.....................

I ordered some goods. They didn't tell me that one of the goods was not available and, if I had known, I probably would have cancelled the full order. They then offered to send a new version of the product which is slightly more expensive postage free. However they told me I had to phone up to order as they can't offer the postage free option through the internet. I have a monthly inclusive telephone package and 0844 numbers aren't included.

I have joined your posting to the existing thread we have on Westfalia.

The 0844 number posted in September 2008 is the same as it uses today, although the address is different. sherbert found a Stafford address and phone number, 01785 226 888, which is answered as "Westfalia UK Limited" with menu options, 1 to place an order and 2 for technical support. This is not the same IVR (menu) as is on the 0844 number.

However, the 0800 083 5070 number offered by irrelevant answers with exactly the same IVR as the 0844 number, so I believe it is an exact match.

Further digging with a search of the 192.com Business Directory for businesses in TQ12 6UD returns some at 8 Fairfax Road:
