You've got to call them to give them credit card details. It's not a free tshirt

You might find that the shop is outsourced to a third party. If they won't give you a direct geographical number, the name of that company or its address might help us track down the underlying geographical number for the 0870 number.

Will they not help on the helpline (0808 800 6000) or switchboard on 020 7633 0817.

All sorted now. I emailed them and they are calling me back to take down card details.
