There is also the geo number after this, 0115 983 6332, which is currently an unverified alternative. If you know if this works, I can add this also.

That's odd.  When I entered the 08451313234 number in the search field, it returned:

That's because the 6332 number is listed alongside the 0845 131 3233 number only. I presume as you've said 6331 is an alternative for 0845 1313234 as well as 3233 that they are all interchangeable.

I tried them (the 0115 numbers) earlier and they were both engaged.

Both 0115 983 6331 and 6332 answer with the same recording saying that is customer services, so I have added the second to the entry.
