We need to contact Comet time retail finance customer services
there address is: selectapost 17, Rotherham, S97 3BS
Customer helpline no is 0870 2400884
we tried for 20 minutes on Monday without succcess and cannot afford to keep using the 0870 number.

We are in credit with this company although thought we had cancelled the card with them and out of the blue received a statement saying we are in credit with them. We want our money back!

Can you just write to them at that address? You can give your number in the letter so they can contact you if they need further information.

Is this the same thing?

Thanks for that, I put the comet timecard in on search but maybe got the wording wrong.
I will try the number and let you know how I get on
