The charge per single text is supposed to be 1p but I am being charged more that 30p! I have contacted 1899 a few times during the past 2 months but have had no reply.
Has anyone else had problems with text charges and were they resolved?

I notice this statement on their site...http://www.1899.com/sms.php

We reserve the right after a certain amount of SMS (FUP) to start charging sms for the default rate.

Would this be the reason?
