Title: Phones 4 U
Post by Big Penny on Nov 8th, 2008 at 1:11pm
Hi all,
I am wondering if anybody else has had a similar experience to my wife.

In August she received a call from Phones 4 U, asking her if she would like to upgrade our sons phone. As it was due to run out, and we were packing to go on holiday she said yes.

About a month later she received a bill for a new contract, (not an upgrade) she now has two bills running in tandem.

For their part, Orange have sorted out their "bit", but she can get no joy from Phones 4 You.
My wife is now at her wits end, does anybody have any suggestions?

BTW, the guy who sold her the new contract has gone on the "missing list"

Hi all,
I wrote yesterday out of frustration, as my wife was on the 'phone to Phones 4U YET AGAIN!

Anyway, the upshot was, Phones 4U are paying back the latest bill of over £42.00, and they say the contract will be cancelled.
As this has all been done before, we shall see, and I wiil let you know the outcome.
