Does anybody have a geographical telephone number for James Wellbeloved pet food please?  The one I have here is 0845 300 4890

My apologies I thought I had given some basic information by giving the company name and telephone number that I have for them.  Rolleyes smilies seems sarcastic and although I have been using this site for years I have never used the forum before so it would be nice if I wasn't made to feel stupid on my first time!

I don't think James Wellbeloved is a huge company so to speak to anyone within the company would be good but a customer service number would most likely be best.  I have found a link to their website which is www.wellbeloved.com

Also, I have already searched the database and the internet with no joy

The contact page for Crown Pet Foods gives:

Telephone:      01963 353 305 or 0800 717 800

It also gives the same address as James Wellbeloved.


Please let us know whether these numbers work for James Wellbeloved enquiries and I will add them to the database.

Thank you Dave.  I have just called the Crown Pet Food number and they were able to give me dietary advice on the James Wellbeloved brand via the 01963 353 305 number so that number worked for me

If you know of any other numbers which do work but are unverified or not there, please post on the forum and I will add them. Same goes for any which are listed which are no defunct.

In fact as you may have gathered, Crown Pet Foods owns James Wellbeloved

You may like to know that the number you have for Royal Canin (cat and dog food) on your main database 01935 410600 has a recorded message that it is not recognised. I got straight through to customer services on the first number in the unverified list 01963 353305.

I've updated the entries we have for Royal Canin, its owner Crown Pet Foods and other operation James Wellbeloved.

They have a number of 0845 numbers, but the Crown Pet Foods contact page gives 01963 353305 and a freephone number 0800 717800 which is answered with the same customer services IVR (menu) as is on the main 0845 numbers for Royal Canin (0845 300 5011) and James Wellbeloved (0845 603 9095).
