There are numbers for Open University in the database. Have you tried any?

this is a specific number for the student advisors. the others are just the general enquiry and reg depts

Examples of the type of information which is often useful is set out in the instructions which are linked to in my signature and at the top of the "Geographical Requests" section. You know what details you possess, so anything which may be useful.
