If you get your phone service from Toucan be aware that they are transferring everything to Pipex and international call rates will rise enormously soon.

0800 0613615 and 0207 028 4567 as listed in Saynoto0870 no longer work as contact numbers. 0800 0613612 still works but navigate carefully around the menu system to avoid being told to call their 0871 number. I think I used option 1, then option 2 to get through to somebody who was reasonably helpful.

I've gone to BT anytime 12 month contract for now and will use "dial through" for international calls. I'm hoping the transfer goes smoothly - at least it's only calls and not line rental to be transferred.
