OK I have read the guide and used the general search and tried Google. But all the possible numbers given either result in getting through to someone who says they dont deal with booking problems  please phone 0844... or even0871.... (no I cant transfer you) or get a message this line is discontinued.

Problem is I dont get any joy on the 0844 number either. After the "this call may be recorded....." it switches straight to the dreadful music/ads. No hint of "Sorry all our operators are busy" or "you are being held in a queue..." and after 2 calls lasting 10 mins each I gave up.
