http://www.my0870.com/ new call supplier trying to take advantage of BT.s inclusive 0845/0870 calls

I guess if you have not got inclusive minutes you could call the 0870 number for the nominated UK  mobile via 18185 for 4p a minute at peak time,which beats 18185 6p for calling UK  mobile direct.

My friend told me about this and sounds good as I amke some international calls. It all sounds to good to be true but i registered anyway but it has not worked yet, hoping ruing updates!

Well, BT may not be charging yet but I wouldn't put it past them to add this in some time in future.  I've seen in the past that they introduce these fair use policies in stages.

does this count as direct call or indirect because BT Say:

(from BT Website)
"Are any calls to 0870 and 0845 numbers not free?
Calls to dial-up Internet access numbers and to indirect access numbers are not free and will be charged at BT's standard rates for 0870 and 0845 calls."

Yes but its an indirect access number chargeable by BT and Talk Talk.
