If you have signed up to a 1 year contract for "BT anytime" at £4.85/month they are now raising this to £4.95/month. A trivial increase but in theory could you leave BT without penalty as a result of this?

I already reported on this in the BT 084/7 inclusive calls thread as another way that BT is cross subsidising the cost of "free" 084/7 phone calls.

Can we ask forum admin to perhaps help us by sorting out these threads?

Points have been validly raised both as extensions of existing threads and as new threads. Perhaps we need a new thread in the "Providers" section to cover pricing issues, with appropriate linking posts in threads that are relevant.

This would enable all discussion to continue without going off-topic.
