Hi,

I have searched for the above company and the number below, but with out success.

Their number is 0844 477 2995

Their website is www.gadgethelpline.com

I can't find the number mentioned on the website (I only briefly looked) but Gadget Helpline is run by TMTI Limited (www.tmti.net). A Google search of their post code reveals the following number - 01373 831564. Please try it and let us know if it works. If it does, it is probably a switchboard - ask to be put through to the Gadget Helpline.

That number rings once or twice and then goes dead.

Thanks anyway.

Instead of ringing them to cancel, I'll just cancel the direct debit!

Do they have an email contact service? You may wish to email them to inform them of that, and that you won't ring their premium rate numbers and wish to speak to them on a normal 01 number.

I called them recently on 013 73839990 &they agreed to refund the second payment taken from my account & cancel the direct debit but not the first payment

Yes 01373 839990 is the geographical number for their Frome Office.
