To start with what is the nature of your enquiry to Franke?

Whatever it is did you try both email and 0161 436 6280?

What response(s) did you get?

Firstly i do not need franke uk number 0161 436 6280

i need taps and sinks direct number.. 0845 619 4455

Yes i've emailed them and they said the 0845 is the only one they have

The reason i want a different number is because i dont want to phone a 0845 number from my mobile.. When i'm near a land line the shop is closed..

Has this cleared a few things up?
