Does anyone have a geographical tel number for the NatWest branch in Potters Bar.  I have done the usual (Google and this site search) and haven't found anything.

Sorry I have a pounding headache through trying to deal with this extremely non-helpful bank regarding my very aged parents bank account.  Non geographical number is 0845 301 7986  and address is 181 Darkes Lane Potters Bar

Is this a line to the branch directly, or is it something you could speak to NatWest about centrally? We have lots of NatWest numbers in the database.

This is a line direct to the branch and unfortunately I have to speak to the branch directly

This number has been flagged up on my searches - 020 8805 7000 - for a number of NatWest branches. It is possibly a central number but they might be able to put you through to the branch if you ask them.

Yes, I found that too but unfortunately, you just get number unobtainable tone when you ring it

Well, I've had no luck finding an alternative. Could you ring customer services and ask to be put through? Or their switchboard in Bristol?
