Alternative Citizen's Advice numbers which identify themselves as "Beaston" are 020 7998 5216 and 020 7998 5650. There are a number of places called Beaston, so you will need to identify which is the right one.

Ignore the fact that it tells you that the call will cost 5 pence per minute. This would be the case when you call via the 0844 number. As you're calling the 020 number, you will be charged as such by your provider.

Just been talking to a guy from the C.A.B. and he reckons there is very little funding for the C.A.B. and that the council in my neck of the woods charge them a nominal rent for their premesis.

So, I guess they are funded by donations and also from the 0844 numbers.

Most of the guys are volunteers, but there are some at the top of the organisation that do get paid.

So, they I suppose, have to get some money from somewhere and 0844 seems to be the easiest way.
