08453000033 listed in the SAYNOTO087 database today 29 Apr 2009.  There is a message that does not say who they are but that they are moving building and will be available tomorrow something Oct 2008 - yes 2008.  So it appears that the 0121 number does not work.  I contacted the SAYNOTO087 site and it was suggested that I put this information in the Forum.

Those numbers appear in our unconfirmed database, so it is not entirely surprising they don't work. What part of Lloyds TSB are you trying to contact? http://www.lloydstsb.com/contact_us/useful_phone_numbers.asp lists various alternative "international" numbers you can use.

Lloyds TSB are one of the good guys. Not only can you get geographical numbers from the link above, but if their waiting times are too long they will offer to call you back. AND the call centre agents are always polite and well informed.

The message on 0121 6003495 says that they are (were) in the process of moving back to Swallow House. I have removed this entry.

There was another unverified entry for a number in the 0121 6003xxx range which is for a fax for Lloyds TSB Customer Service Recovery (0870 3334533). This is now unobtainable and I have removed it.

Raymondo, what department is this number or what type of enquiry is it for? What other information is there such as geographical fax number and address?

Who are you with? As BT and a couple of others now include 0845/0870 numbers in their call plans.

I have just joined following my total frustration in trying to get someone at Lloyds TSB to deal with my query in relation to collections/debt management plan, having found a variety of numbers on this site.  I can confirm that the following numbers gave these results:

01273 743574 - recorded message only
01273 745189 - dead line
0845 600 6297 - Indian call centre dealing with current accounts
0845 600 6291 - India
0845 600 6399 - India collections department
0845 606 2172 - Brighton collections department for current accounts and loans
0845 600 6393 - India collections department for credit card accounts

If anyone knows of alternative numbers for the last of the 0845s listed above, I should be grateful as I have already spent about an hour on the phone today ranting at a stone wall.

Thanks, I've removed these numbers.

You can search by 01/02 number and sometimes this yields results where an entry has been added that has multiple 01/02 numbers.

I did this and found the following:

• The numbers now don't work and have been removed:
  01273 633927 Not recognised
  01702 364503 Number unobtainable
  01264 832297 Perminantly busy
  
  
• This that are answered and may be suitable alternatives are:
  01264 725214 "Lines are closed message" Open between 9am and 5pm.
  01273 556901 Answers as "Lloyds TSB Collections Centre"

Try 01273 556901 and let us know how you get on and I can add an entry to the database for others to use.

Can you tell me what is the 0845 number(s) they have given you to which you are looking for an alternative for? Also, where are the 0845 numbers you listed from? Are they from the database or are they ones that Lloyds TSB gave you?
