Based in th USA, but they give a UK 0800 number: 0800 731 4778.

Well, looking at their web site http://www.boosey.com/pages/aboutus/help/contact.asp they give this number 0207 054 7200.

Have you tried that?

Now I feel rather silly. I saw only the UK and international numbers. Thought the numbers with +44 in front must be for international callers. (Somewhere else today I read that you can sometimes get through on these if you prefix with 141. But that might not be necesssary in this case...)
