Just wanted to say that 0115 843 3936 is no longer in use. It gets answered and says " Your call is important to us ;D ;D ;D) and then disconnects. Use 0800 9525267

I've removed this entry and tidied up the Capital One entries.

I needed to talk to Capital One Customer Services. ::)
The 'unverified database' offers > http://www.saynoto0870.com/numbersearch.php
I can confirm that 0115 993 8002 does work. It offers several options, Customer Service is option 1. [smiley=2vrolijk_08.gif]

Thanks smileyeyes. I've amended the Capital One entries and this is now in one of the verified entries.

Basically, Capital One has moved from 0845 to 0844, so it required the verified entries updating with the new, even more of a rip-off, number.
