Tried the 0207 number, only to listen to a recorded message saying to redial on 0845 2007683. :'(

Having called the 0845 numbers, the way they answer depends on the time of day. In the morning, they have a menu for a recorded status report and to speak to someone.

The underlying numbers, which answer as per the 0845s, are listed in the database for all but the Ryde branch.  ;)
