The address/web address/email address etc is always useful as a telephone number doesn't give much to go on (short of dialling it ourselves).

the 0411203460 number was some insurance firm and pensions they put me through to coalboard superann department who in return asked me to ring 08457590529 the number we started with

Well.. ncfo.co.uk (one of the worst websites I've tried to view in years) is owned by  Capita Insurance Services Group Limited .. backed up by nfco's contact email address being ncfo@capita.co.uk.

You could try Capita head office on 020 7799 1525 - they might be able to transfer you if ask nicely enough...

The 0845 759 0529 number currently answers "Thank you for calling Capita, administrators of the Concessionary Fuel Scheme..."

0114 203 4600 is Aon's switchboard.

I've highlighted the first entry as it's at Queens House on Queen Street, which is the same address as lompos found for Concessionary Fuel, albeit bizarrely the phone number for that entry now belongs to another company, or does it? Queens House is number 105 Queen Street.

0114 279 5829 presently diverts to a mobile as it is answered by Vodafone Voicemail. Perhaps you could try it during the daytime and see if they can help you.

The 0114 numbers given in international format are in the same range as the Aon switchboard indentified by lompos as "Concessionary Fuel".

thanks everyone but i now have to give up the number for capita they say they know nothing of the fuel and monies from the coal board and say the have a lot of offices on that road they gave me a number for head office that should know 08703869430 i phoned the 08457590529 number and was ansewred by capita saying they could help me
