DHL are holding a parcel for me at Gateshead depot because they can't find out where i live (despite their driver having collected parcels here!) - i rang cust services number that is on this site but they would only give me this number -

0870 4444818

The number for Gateshead on this site (0191) doesn't work (it rings but no answer)

I am absolutely raging, being charged 10p or whatever a minute to ring the 0870 number and - yes you've guessed it - all i get is stupid music playing.....

be grateful of any help...

PS they are soon changing the cust services number to 0844 n'all!

Do you have an address for the depot?

There are two unverified numbers for Gateshead:  :-?

Please can you confirm which one you are referring to that rings no answer. Also, try the other one and let us know how you get on.

cheers for that, the one i was trying that never gets an answer is the one that ends 7971, i will make a note of the other one cheers

they have sorted me out after 4 phone calls to the cust.service line listed in your main database. Only on the 4th call did someone tell me there's no point waiting in today cos it won't be delivered till Mon...... and i even got a call back 3 hours after my original call, but by then i was , of course, out!!!

Thanks for the feedback. I've verified this entry as an alternative to 0870 444 4818 and remove the other 0191 497 7971 for Gateshead.
