Anyone know the number for Times Direct?

(Times newspaper subscription service)

08 number is 0800 294 4155

What is wrong with that one, it is a free number from a BT landline and probably most others, if not all, landlines as well

Why do you need an alternative to an 0800 number?

If you are calling from a mobile, call 020 0222 0700 or 020 0222 0900 first, and then dial the 0800 number. That way, the call will only be charged at geographic rates (or free if you have inclusive 01/02/03 minutes).

Cheapest way would still be the 020 numbers I provided. Call those and then enter the 0800 number when requested.
