Thanks derrick. What type of enquiry is it for? Is there a corresponding 084/087 number and/or a geographical number?

Don't know about a corresponding 084/087 number as I got it from the database which did not include one, however the number on their headed paperwork is; - 0845 7665522.

When I used the 0800 number it got me through to a menu, which appears to then allow you to access anywhere for whatever reason, I was requesting an online account to be closed as it could not be closed online, only over the phone. There are  3 options in the menu covering what seems to be everything they do.

Thanks Derrick. I called both the 0845 and 0800 and they are both answered with the same menu, so I have added this to the verified entry with a suitable annotation indicating as such.

The contact page gives 024 7655 5255 as the international alternative for this 0845 number, although it isn't answered by the same menu.

Dave, the 024 7655 5255 number goes to the switchboard, (as does 02476 839313), and they will put you through to the department required, I have used both those 02476 numbers previously, before finding the 0800 number the other day in the database.
