Title: Seatwave
Post by RSDonovan on Aug 8th, 2009 at 9:31am
The info shown on this site re SEATWAVE (the ticket exchange) is incorrect.

The 0207 307 9350 number given now simply asks the caller to phone 08445 81 81 80,
which again is different from the number given on this site's database.

Anyone who finds a new geographic number please post.

Thanks

Email them here....http://www.seatwave.com/help/en-gb/contact-us.htm

Either ask them to ring you back or ask them fot a geographical number

Or there is this number

This is an Ireland number and is answered identically to 0844 581 8180. Perhaps UK customer services is now answered in Ireland.

The number in the database, 020 7307 9350, has a network redirection message to this 0844 number, as do subsequent numbers like 020 7307 9351, 020 7307 9352 etc.

The hospitality page gives Alistair Spiers, Head of Corporate Sales as a contact. His telephone is given as 020 7307 9426. This number is now not recognised.

All these numbers are, or rather were, in the ranges, 020 7307 93xx and 020 7307 94xx, so perhaps these were used previously. 020 7307 9300 is not recognised, but 020 7307 9400 has a network redirection message to 020 7082 8283.

020 7082 8283 currently answers with a recording identifying itself as Seatwave. 020 7082 8282 answers as Seatwave with a Scottish lady.

However, 020 7082 8200 answers with a recording identical to the 0844 number, so looks like a suitable alternative! I have listed this in the database as verified.

Hi
the last landline number in the previous post is now incorrect, this is the right number

0207 082 8282

I find the best place to check for numbers is to use company check website, as by law you must register a limited company with companies house using a landline number

enjoy saving money

Thanks for the update.

-> 020 7082 8282

Does this number get through to any particular department or an IVR?
