are all numbers starting from 01 are free?
from free i mean will it be deducted from my contracted minute or i need to pay out of my contracted minutes

Any number starting 01 is charged at geographic rates, which may be inclusive if you have a phone contract that gives you a certain number of minutes or unlimited calls to those numbers. 01 numbers can never be charged at a premium rate.

Googling 01708 388700 reveals that this is the number for the Romford branch of Asda. 01708 is the code for Romford.
