I bank with smile.co.uk online and their smilemore account has a benefits package. To speak to customer services about the package is 0845 602 5647. You cannot get through vis the bank's number. Does anyone have an alternative?

My query was NOT about smile Bank or Co-op Bank - their geographical number is easily accessible but their smile benefits package is operated by another organisation Lifestyle Services Group who do not appear to have a geographical number
