Please help me in finding an alternative number for 0871 311 0813 (company name Just Host Ltd.)

I tried everywhere but didnt find any alternative number, i would appreciate your help in this regard.

Switch to the US version of the company's website and the support number is a toll-free number. In the UK it's premium rate!  ::)

It's cheaper for you to call the US number using a provider such as 18185. The number is +1 888 755 7585.


Following the Brooke Bryan lead, I came across this page which is a Whois for another domain and gives fax number 01329 843879:

I see it's another website that is breaking PhonePayPlus rules on the display of pricing - ie there isn't any!  I'm not particularly willing to call the number to see if there is a warning at the start of the call.  (If anybody does, and there isn't, please report them to PPP.)

This company billed me three times to register a domain name, then still didn't register it. Now they are not replying to support tickets.
They provide an international hosting service, but their phone number 0871 3110813 is not even available from some places abroad (e.g. here in Paris).

I've logged in to their online chat.

We covered this one a couple of years ago and I've joined today's thread with that existing one.

As you can see, an address in the UK was given on its contact page then, but has since been removed.

The UK 0845 number is answered by the same American voiced IVR (menu) as the number published for US, Canada, Europe and Singapore: +1 888 755 7585. (To reveal this number on the Just Host website, change the country in the top right. ;) )

I've added an entry with these two numbers and a note to say that it might be wise to use a provider like 18185 to reduce the cost, or it might be cheapest to phone the 0845 number.


Oh and I tried the 0871 311 0813 number and it just drops out.  ::)

I have joined your thread to the existing one for Just Host as they are connected.

Just Host's terms page gives the address for communication by post as Just Cloud (Unit 6, Fulcrum 2). Two years ago it was Segensworth Business Centre.

The name Brooke Bryan comes up again! And that phone number as well!

The Just Host Help Center (sic) gives this phone number as well as a geographic alternative +1 801 494 8420. These answer the same as the UK number 0845 463 1213.

Whois justcloud.com also gives an e-mail address at the justdevelop.it domain. Just Develop It's offices are Whiteley (head office, address as above), support office at Segnesworth Business Centre and also:
