Title: Easyjet Customer Services Post by msglug on Oct 23rd, 2009 at 9:40am
I need to phone Easyjet customer services because they have rescheduled my flight (stress THEY have rescheduled) and I am offered a FREE change to an alternative flight instead. When I click on the link they so helpfully provide and go through all the motions of changing the flight - it wants to charge me £88- for the priviledge! The email customer services moron, after several exchanges, decided that I would need to phone them on 0871 244 2366 which costs 10p a minute. (In the past I have been left waiting for human contact on that number for up to an hour and then got cut off - £6- the poorer and no result). I don't suppose anyone has an alternative number for this....?

Try 01582 525330 which, I believe, is the main switchboard number.

From http://www.clocktowerweb.co.uk/easyjet/
easyJet seem to like collecting sales phone numbers. Apart from the one above all these have been featured in adverts and on the side of the planes (some of these may not work now): 01582 445 555 01582 445 566 01582 700 004 01582 700 008 01582 700 009 0870 600 0000 0870 2420242 |

Ok, you probably wont want to use this number but at least you know where you are
From this web site http://www.customer-service-directory.co.uk/2713.html Customer Service Directory do not charge by the minute. Calling our service will cost you no more than £1.50 from a UK landline. Calls from mobiles may cost more. 0904 169 0206 |
Title: Re: Easyjet Customer Services Post by fil on Nov 25th, 2009 at 4:41pm
Again thanks, but its the old favorite "Calls from mobiles may cost more. " And I dont have a landline.
May cost more, will they, wont they? does my head in, surely they know? or just dont care! |

Well ive had to use that dreaded 08712442366
used a tip from holidaytruths ( say help at the start to bypass the automated system ) 17min call on the mobile would have been £6.80 on a land line £1.70 but i used my skype, that i normaly use abroad to call people back home £0.26 ( not too bad ) Only dam issue now is my other 3 passengers all have to call it to give them there passport detail, as you cant do it online, and no online check in either! A right PITA as we all have carry on, so now have to use check in desks. There book now if it gets cheeper gaurentee does exsist, but is hard work to apply and sort, and now will cost me more time in the airport ( not really woth the £29.98 i saved IMO ) Thanks for all the help guys |
Title: Re: Easyjet Customer Services Post by sherbert on Nov 26th, 2009 at 3:13pm Have they still got check in desks? I thought they have done away with them, or was that Ryanair I am thinking of? :-/ |
Title: Re: Easyjet Customer Services Post by fil on Nov 26th, 2009 at 3:19pm
