Hi I am having problems with a delivery from Clothing at Tesco , have contacted thier c/s dept on 08450755000 twice and have been promised a return call .not happened. Have you a alternative number please , have done a database check found nothing.

Prefer to speak to an  c/s advisor, although thinking about it it hasn't got me far , if no free number is available I will converse over the ether. ta!

There is a customer service number on the database, whether that will get you through to the department you want is another matter, however it may be worth a shot.

This one hasn't got very far, and, as yet no one has given any clue as to where calls may be answered. I think the fact that the recording that answers the 0845 number is voiced by a Scottish lady is a clue.

The main Tesco customer services number, 0800 505555, is also voiced by a Scottish lady and we have an alternative for this, 01382 822700, which is a Dundee number.
