That number looks to me to have ond number short, anyway have a look on the database, where you will see lots of numbers for The Bank of Scotland, which is part of HBOS, which in turn is owned by The LLoyds Banking Group

The 0845 number you quote is one digit short and I presume it should be 0845 721 3141. If you put this number into the phone number box on our search engine, you will see several alternative numbers. ;)
