There appears to be no information as to where the recruitment team is based.

I would therefore suggest you call the main switchboard and ask to be put through: 01422 380880. Perhaps when you get through to them, the recruitment team will give you their 01/02 number and you can then share it with us on here.

thank you,that actually did the job for me-they transferred me to recruitment,but recruitment refused to give me their geographical number,I tried twice,2 different oprators,but they were still referring me to 0845607222

But when you got through to recruitment via the 01422 number, would/could they deal with your call?

Big story...the banking crisis...HBOS in trouble, bought by Lloyds TSB. Now HBOS (formed from the merger of Halifax and Bank of Scotland) is part of the Lloyds Banking Group.

When a merger like this happens, it's likely that there's duplication. For example, each would have had a recruitment department, so they may decide to just have one recruitment department. Same goes for customer services and so on.

i see...yeah,I thought that was the case...I watch the news but i`ve lost track already of who gets bankrupt,who gets bailed out,who merges with whom etc...basically everything`s gone down the drain...
