Has anyone got an alternative to the 0844 number listed for Neilson on their web site?

Have you tried either of the two verified numbers on the database?

Hi and welcome to SAYNOTO0870.COM.

As sherbert says, the alternatives are listed in the database. When you posted they had the old 0870 numbers by them and not 0844 ones, so they wouldn't have shown up with a search of one of those 0844 numbers. A tip if no results come up with a search of 08xx number is to search by company name. Had you searched for neilson (by company name), they would have shown.

I've now amended them, removed the 0870 numbers and added the 0844 numbers.
