Hi does anyone know of the `real` telphone number for Abbey ay 8, Market Street, Tamworth, Staffs, B79 7LH? Yellow pages lists 0808 100 2591.

Aren't 0808 numbers 'free' from landlines?

Anyway their address is

8 George Street, TAMWORTH, Staffs, B79 7LH according to the Abbey web site

This 0808 number is a freephone number (just like 0800 and 0500). It is for Abbey home insurance and has options for either a new quotation or customer services for existing business. :-/

Also, Abbey is at 8 George Street. 8 Market Street is Natwest.
