Hello everyone


Until recently their London office number for reservations was 0044 207 798 9898    but they've now changed that (DEC 2009) to 08712004433 to make a bit of money from us passengers  :-[.  please can someone help?

01332 648181 for Reservations and general enquiries...(fax......      01709 314993)

This is the number for dialling from outside the UK, so put 141 in front before dialling.

Where have you got these numbers from? Googling them suggests that they belong to BMI.  :-/

The SAA contact page still gives the 020 number for reservations. The fax number is given as 020 7798 9899 (albeit in international format, applicable only from territories where the international prefix is 00  ::))


020 7798 9890 answers with a menu for departments within Saudi Arabian Airlines. Options are:

Enter an extension number or;

1. Reservations and sales
2. Internet support
3. Refunds, finance and training
4. Administration or human resources


Options 1 and 2 go to the same redirection message (to the 0871 number) as is on 7798 9898.

Interestingly, the 0871 200 4433 number has the BT network announcement "This service is not compatible with this call", so you wouldn't be able to get through even if you wanted to.  :-/

Only a subtle change, would adding a zero at the end refer us to companies main tel line? Is there some sort of rule here?

Ive tried the number 01332 648181  but that is for BMI, (British Midland) who btw also fly to Saudi.

In some cases this technique works. Offices often have lots of numbers all next to each other.

I am not so sure that you will get through to where you want to on 020 7798 9890 because it too redirects to the 0871 number when option 1 or 2 is selected.

Please let us know how you get on; if you find a suitable alternative, please tell us about it by posting here so we can list it for others to use.

I have also found 020 7995 7755 which is apparently for Saudi Arabian Airlines at 171 Regent Street.
