I am trying to contact the "Firm Contact Centre" within in the Financial Services Authority to discuss an application for authorisation. So far as I can see the FSA website only offers an 0845 number: 0845 606 9966.

Use the overseas number, which is just 020 7066 1000, and ask to speak to the Firms Contact Centre.
