Can anyone get an alternative number for the Cookworks Helpline: 0870 755 3355?

Cookworks is an Argos own brand, and I can't find a non-0870 number.  Trying to get a spare part for a blender.

There is an existing thread for Cookworks which is four years old here, but whilst it may be related to the same Argos brand, I don't believe that it is connected with them now. The non-geographical number given there is 0845 658 9700 and it is answered with a recording identifying it as being for Salton Europe.


Now, returning back to the alternative to 0870 755 3355 we don't seem to have got very far. I called it and it is answered with a recording identifying it as "Service Power" and that the number has been changed to 0844 811 3344.  :-X

So not we have a company name to go on. Service Power's website is [url=www.servicepower.com[/url]]www.servicepower.com[/url] and this shows it has operations in Australia, Germany, UK and US.

The support page 0844 811 3344 for UK callers. US callers get a toll-free number, naturally. You can call it from the UK cheaper than the UK's own 0844 number! ::) ::) ::) ::)

Anyway, if you refer to the locations page, it gives the addresses for its offices. The UK one is given as:

Sherbert - thanks for the tip.  I'm now trying to get the part through that site.  Sadly, I wasn't given any postal address by the Argos customer service folk.

Dave - thanks for that too, but Service Power only send out repair teams for larger appliances, and don't do spare parts.

But the number you posted, 0870 755 3355, is for Service Power!

Am I to gather that you called 0161 476 2277 and spoke to someone? I would like to know so I can list it for others to use.
