Can someone please help for an alternative number for 0845 194 9965 or 0845 194 9930. These are both for 1st Central insurance company and they take ages answering the phone so when you dial 0845 it going to cost a bit!

One of the first things to do is perhaps look in the BT phone book which is available on line.

Just tried the number 01444456276 for 1st central insurance and it  is for a fax machine. will search on.

This number is 1st Central sales. Customer Support is 01444 445103, which gives the same options as 0845 194 9930.

Claims is 0845 194 9965 whose alternative is given on the website and is 0800 840 2103. The claims menu can also be reached on 01444 445140.

The published number for renewals and sales has 0800 8402100 and it has a IVR with these two options whose alternative is 01444 445125.
