switched to talktalk a few months ago for free anytime calls and free 0845 0870 numbers. just tried to book tickets at the Lowry and came up against an 0843 number. Never seen an 0843 number before!!!!!

was delighted to find the alternative number here.

So yes many, many thanks to all the good folks that take part here-my innate rebellious streak blesses you all-lol

Just one point, you do not receive 'free anytime calls'. You receive 'inclusive anytime' calls.

There is a big difference. ;)

And.... what was the alternative number!!???! For the Lowry theatre - sorry, maybe I'm not looking at this website correctly - I'm a newbie!

To search for an alternative number, go to the home page and select "Search to find an alternative number" or follow this link:

This takes you to the search engine where you can query our database of alternative numbers. If you don't find what you're looking for and need assistance, please post in the Geographic Requests section of the forum, following the instructions which suggest information to provide such as name and address of the company in question, among other stuff you might know.

Also, if you come across non-working numbers in the database, please report them by posting in the Requests section of the forum, and likewise and numbers which are unverified (that show with the blue background) in the database.  :)
