Don't know if this will be of any use but when my son has had problems with his Orange contracts and was getting no where someone from this site suggested contacting the executive office at Orange, email: executive.office@orange.co.uk Initially, one could email individuals but I seem to remember the very helpful man telling me that staff were having their individual emails removed as Orange didn't trust them re personal use or something. Anyway, I always managed to get a call back from him/them & the problems were resolved to our entire satisfaction efficiently and speedily. Might be worth an email & asking for them to ring you.

It will be interesting to see if this does work because a number of years ago Orange replaced its geographic office numbers with 0870 ones, I believe that included staff's direct numbers as well. AFAIK we have never cracked then; we only have 0800s, particularly for the Orange mobile service. |

The geographic numbers mostly disappeared when the Liverpool, Peterlee, Darlington, Plymouth, and other UK offices were scaled down and the services shipped out to Mumbai and other such places.

Hi and thanks to evryone who has tried to help with contacting this, probably the worst, company on the planet in terms of customer help and support.
I have finally after three weeks recieved a sort of response to my several letters to them and will be now taking action against them in the small claims court. If anyone else has problems with Orange or any other mobile provider it is worth noting that their is an industry `adjudicator` called CISAS, who are there to help - easy to find on the web. Cheers Steve J |
