Hi and welcome to SAYNOTO0870.COM.

What is "DBC"? I thought at first it was supposed to be "MBC", as in Oldham Metropolitan Borough Council. Is it a "Benefit Delivery Centre" or BDC? :-?

Call the number sherbet suggested quick as it is the main number for Preston Jobcentre and is due to be taken out of service next week and replaced by the 0845 number. :-X

There is an unverified entry under dwp in the database, which says it's for the "Social Security Office, Preston" and it is 01772 841000. Try that and let us know how you get on. You will probably have to ask to be put through as, judging by the 000 on the end it may be the general switchboard.

I phoned they just gave out another 0845 number to call!

Yes BDC - Benefit Delivery Centre

I called the 01772 841000 number and again they just said call the 0845 number.
