Googling the fax number throws up some interesting results: "020 7038 3978"

It is also the fax number for 24 7 Parking, based at the same address: http://www.247parking.com/contact/
And it is the fax number for Active Securities, http://www.activesecurities.com/ (the website is down at the moment)

24 7 Parking's number is given as 020 7183 7247, although one page lists it as 020 7038 3970.

The main number for Active Securities is given (see the Google cached version) as 020 7038 3500 which is similar to the fax.
