These people have now started to use an 0845 no for their travel insurance line but I have a geo number I have just used that works.  The ngn is 0845 688 3377 but if you dial 0121 633 3377 they will put you through (I think that is the switchboard), their lines for paying travel insurance were busy but they are going to ring me back within five mins.  This is the number for their Birmingham office, address 8th Floor, St Philips Point, Temple Row, Birmingham B2 5AB, fax 0121 224 6807.   This can be entered as verified.   Thank you.
