Title: Elonex number is wrong?

Elonex       0871 902 9690             01527 573160             You seem to jump the queue too

I just needed to call this number, and I used the geographical one, and just heard that beep, the really long one, which I guess means wrong number. (Not the multiple "engaged" beeps.)

Maybe it's just me and someone else should try it before removing it though!

Their support site is terrible. Their support@elonex.co.uk gets a delivery failure message for me when I email them, and now their geographical number doesn't work!

PS: The 0871 number works, and on a Friday at 11:20am there's no queue!

There are two unverified numbers in the database, 01527 573160/4, both of which are now not recognised. Elonex's address is:

Elonex International
Net Lynk 1
Gorsey Lane
Coleshill
B46 1JU

Tel: 0871 222 3456
Fax: 0871 431 0471

A Google of that post code shows businesses with 01675 numbers, so maybe Elonex has moved from its old location and perhaps that is where the 01527 numbers related to.

Indeed, see this entry on Applegate:

Eloenex (sic)
23 Sherwood Road
Bromsgrove
Worcestershire
B60 3DR

Tel: 01527 573160

Going back to the current Elonex address at Coleshill, a Google of net lynk b46 provides a link to Net Lynk Group's website: www.netlynkdirect.com

Contact details are telephone: 01675 466555 and fax: 01675 466050.

Do a search of the database for net lynk and you will a couple of other entries; one for "DSL Shop" and the other for "DSL Source", both giving this 01675 phone number.

Let us know how you get on.

Because I could not get a reply by emails for a collection of my unit, I drove down to Elonex in Bromsgrove (37 Mile away) to have a go at them. only to find that the address is a single story building with 3 different business in it. Elonex only use 1 of the offices, and there is no one there all day. They have 3 of these offices apparently (as I was informed by the lady from one of the other businesses in there). This address is only a delivery point for (parcels before being sent on to their offices for repair).
