I posted last week in response to a request for another Parcelforce depot and said that in general re-deliveries can be organised by ringing the central call centre rather than an individual depot.

I have just posted that the Parcelforce central number, 0191 512 7003, provided by overseas callers now redirects to the main 0844 number.  :-X


If you search the database for parcelforce you will see quite a few entries for the Company.

The local dialling code for the Deeside branch is 01244, and a search of the list of results produced here shows that there is an unverified entry for this branch with a 0870 number listed alongside. The geographic number is 01244 582102. Please try this and let us know how you get on. If it works, then I will promote it to the verified listings and add the 0844 number you provided. :)

He informed me that  was the number the postal drivers use for any queries ,And I was told please don,t use that number 01244 582102 again, so I rang the 0844 209 6180. thanks once again,I have used  SAYNOTO0870.COM  on many occasions and found it very useful and saves money, because I have a phone plan where 01/02 etc are free anytime.

It's too late on this occasion, but it could be a good sign that this is a number to the depot as it may well operate a block of numbers, for example 01244 58210x and so on. I would be inclined to try 01244 582100 /1 /3 etc.

Hi Folks

Following the advice, I've just used 01244 582101 and it worked for me.

A very helpful chap didn't shout at me for using the wrong number and happily assisted me with my enquiry.
