I'm not sure whether anyone here can help, but I'm looking for an alternative number for
Dr Matheson & Partners

The Precinct
Blaydon
Tyne and Wear
NE21 5BT

Phone: 0844 477 2550

Their old number was 0191 414 2856 but changed some years ago, when these alternative
numbers first came into force. I have been unsuccessful so far in finding any landline
number for this surgery.

After that amount of time, getting lucky with a list pinned to a surgery reception wall or a mole are probably your best hope.

This took all of 20 seconds! ;D

Went to Google, searched for dr matheson blaydon. First result is the listing for this surgery on the NHS website which gives fax of 0191 461 5651.

I then dialled 0191 461 5650 and hey presto it is answered with a recording "You are now connected to Chain Bridge Surgery. …"
