Digital Hearing Aid Information Services Ltd changed their name in 2008 & are now DHAIS PLC. Googling DHAIS gives a good deal of interesting information including their phone number, 02920 666888.

I have also found: http://www.dhais.co.uk/ which gives you the option to fill in a form.... apart from that NO other info on their site... something I find a bit worrying to say the least..

As mainbass says, it would be useful (and courteous) of clive14 to come back and tell us the 08 number and say whether or not the suggested alternative worked or not. This feedback would help others with the same query as we could list it in the database.
