We have looked for this one before. The old number was 0870 599 8877 which has now answers with a recording giving the number quoted in the OP, 0844 736 0595.

I called Sony today on :  020 73 65 29 47.

Aftre pressing three or four buttons, I got through to a very helpful young lady clled Morgan, who was informative.

My problem is with my Cybershot DSC-T3 camera with a black screen of death.  It's apparentky a known defect.

Her solution was not a good one, so I called again on the same number : 020 73 65 29 47.

and got through to Rabia, who was very helpful.

I called from France, where the cost of using a 0870 etc number would be punitive.

UPDATE: i CAN confirm that the number block does belong tositel as i just spoke with a bloke who confirmed that it does. I also tried phoning 01923 689 628 but it goes straight through to audix as its constantly engaged.

How do you talk to the playstation care line after 5:30pm cause it tells you to call this number 0844 736 0595?  Can any1 help me sort this out please.
